PACKAGES/BUYING CREDITS
Q : Do I have to pay to chat with the psychics in live chat?
A : It's completly free to subscribe and it gives you access to free chat. When you are ready for a private psychic reading, you will have to buy credits.
Q : How do the packages work?
A : Once you buy the credit package, it will only be charged to you once, this is NOT a recurring charge. You select which credits package you want and continue with the easy transaction instructions. Keep in mind that when you purchase the larger credit packages that you get more free minutes as a bonus.
Q : How do I purchase credits?
A : You can pay with most credit cards . All you need to do is click on the PURCHASE CREDITS button located in the menu. Select the credit package of your choice, click on the button (add the package) which will bring you to the form that you must complete.
Q : Can I use the credits right away after I've purchased them?
A : Yes if you purchased them using your credit card. Your credits are immediately accessible as soon as your purchase is approved. If you are paying through bank transfer, as soon as we receive the confirmation of the deposit from your account (which is generally between 24 to 48 hours) the credits will be added to your account and you will be able to use them.
Q : How much time do I have to use my credits?
A: Once you’ve purchased your credits they will never expire. You may used them whenever you wish to, with whomever you wish. Also you are not obliged to use all your credits with one performer. You may use only a portion of them and then use more another time.
Q : What will appear on my credit card statement when I use my credit card to purchase credits?
A: You will be discreetly billed by the company name that appears at the bottom of the page “PURCHASE CREDITS”. We always use non-revealing names for the billing processors to ensure your complete privacy such as PerfectPay.
Q : How do I add minutes to an existing account?
A: Click on “PURCHASE CREDITS at the top of the page. Select the package that you wish to purchase and follow the simple transaction instructions to pay by credit card or bank deposit.
RULES
Q : Are there rules that must be followed?
A: Yes, we have one fundamental rule for our live. It is important that at all times the psychics are RESPECTED. It is also important to respect the other people in the chat who are sharing the rooms with you in the free chat.
The rules are located in "YOUR ACCOUNT" section at the top right corner. If you do not respect them you will be ejected from the room. If the disrespect persists you will be banned from the site.
CONNECTION/IMAGE PROBLEMS
Q : If I’m having a hard time to see the image what do I do?
A: Have you tried clicking on the link beside the video area (can ’t see the image?)? If the problem is not fixed, you may need to install a newer version of FLASH. Download the latest version of FLASH from here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash.

Q : Will I have a hard time if I’m accessing the site on a dial-up connection?
A: When you are in a private chat with the performer the quality of the video is much quicker and therefore may slow down a dial-up connection to the point of it not functioning. We strongly recommend accessing the site with a high speed connection.
Q : Which web browser should I use?
A: We suggest using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, all versions are supported by our site. We don ’t recommend using other browsers as some abnormalities may occur. If you own a MAC computer do not use it to access this site as it is not compatible.
